Hi guys,

While I was in Japan last month I bought a Millet Trilogy hoodie. Since getting back I have now worn it once and the stitching as come apart on the cuffs.

The reply from their very unhelpful customer service team was that I return it to the store I bought it in. Is there a UK dealer that I can contact? Or any other advise would be of much help.

Unfortunately it has torn the material of the sleeve as well as the cuff. If it becomes too much hassle I will do this!

Did you tell them you bought it in Japan?

In the UK, your contract is with the shop you bought it from, which should be your first port of call for problems.
