White Goods annual meet 2016. About 20 people attended with a strong Eastern European contingent. I suspect some people may have been put off by the announcement only the previous weekend of the collapse of Power Pack cave plus the ridiculous good weather for this time of year, may have kept the enthusiastic rock climbers away.

A wide range of abilities was on display and the beta was dispensed by the locals enabling the guest climbers and others, not so frequent dry toolers, to jump onto challenging routes resulting in a lot of satisfied climbers driving off on Sunday evening.

The Griffin Pub made us all welcome and after taking on some calories Tomasz Klimczak gave an inspiring presentation on the delights of winter climbing in the Tatras Mountains and the first ascent of Dream Walker Peak, Tagas Mountains, Karakoram.

Thanks to DMM for supply Switch axes for everyone to trial and the goodies for the prizes to the usual "just for fun" climbing completion.
