What would you consider the best climbers 14000 foot mountain in Colorado? Any guides recommended out there?
In reply to Denbo:

I spent a couple of days there this summer and borrowed 'Colorado's Fourteeners' by Gerry Roach. Super comprehensive and well put together with detailed info about approaches etc.
I only did a few easier 14ers (Mt Belford, Oxford & Missouri) so can't speak from experience, however Crestone Needle looks awesome!

Not exactly what you asked but since I never get to respond to climbing related posts I can't help it:

I climbed Long's Peak and really enjoyed it. I'd guess it's pretty similar to Snowden in terms of tourist hordes. Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are well worth exploring.
In reply to Denbo:

Long's has no competition from a climbers' point of view as it has the Diamond.

For scrambling, Crestone Peak and Needle in the Sangre de Cristos are probably the best.

The Diamond looks a piece of work I'll see what more I can find out about it.
