Baltistan climbing at 6000 - 7000m

having only climbed in Europe Alps i am used to having it easy where you just rock up and climb.

Can anyone tell me the rules and regs of climbing in Pakistan.
- Do i NEED a guide?
- How long do Visas last for?
-How much does it cost to climb over 6000m peaks?
- how do i even go about organising an exped?!
