I don't, but I can tell you how easy it is to chop the handle off of a telescopic pole and slide it up the shaft of a Climbing Technology Agile 45 axe (or any other lightweight, hollow-shafted axe), drill into the pole through the hole in the axe, and secure it in place with a bolt and butterfly nut or similar. I used a simple ski pole instead of a telescopic, but the construction is the same, obviously.
Very useful tool, and the pole section can be removed quickly and easily so you can have an axe to plunge with.
