Simond Big Wall Rope 8.9mm - Is it any good?

The 100m Simond 'big wall rope' - it is pretty cheap at decathlon.. thinking of getting one..

Does anyone own one? Is it a good rope?

Yeah, I bought one a month or so ago and have only used it for one session so far. We all thought it was decent; it handles well for belaying and clipping. Looks like it should be fairly robust too. You can't really go wrong at that price for 100m!

That's certainly the cheapest 100m rope I've seen so as you say, you can't really go wrong. Seems a strange name for it, though? Surely classic big wall ropes are a bit fatter?
