Stronghold is looking to put an experienced team together to help us realise our ambition of building one of the best climbing centres in the UK.

Stronghold is a new dedicated bouldering centre based in Tottenham Hale, just 3 minutes from the underground and over ground station, set to open in March 2017.
The team at Stronghold have big plans for the venue, with a dedicated yoga suite, café, fitness gym, large event space, all in addition to London’s largest bouldering wall, it’s set to be an exciting space.

Strongholds aim is to provide a space where all ages and abilities, from the local community and beyond, will be able to enjoy the exciting sport of bouldering in a friendly, comfortable, state of the art facility. To achieve this aim we are looking for experienced, friendly, positive, and motivated individuals to fill several roles.

Looks like you’ve got a good site with good transport links and that it will be a great facility for London climbers, I’m looking forward to climbing there.

Also good to see you are talking about LLW’s and I think such a move will foster a good team spirit and a sense of camaraderie as everyone will contribute to the success of your business and its place in society in general. Receptionists, café etc or any customer facing roles are vital though good luck with the route setters and their egos!

PS LLW is currently £9.75 http://www.livingwage.org.uk/

Hi Gripped

Thanks for your reply, yes we've been lucky in finding a great site where the owners and council are both very supportive of the business. The good transport links is also a real bonus. Lots of exciting things happening in Tottenham and we are happy to be a part of it.

Thank you for pointing out the increase in the London living wage, £9.40 was the rate for 15/16, you are right in that for 16/17 it is £9.75. We will amend this for all future announcements, the current LLW is something we will be implementing as a policy.

Look forward to seeing you there.
