The only way of finding a boot is to try plenty on, just because a boot is good for one person the fit could be bad for another. Just stick to the big well know brands and you won't go wrong.
The new(ish) La Sportiva Nepal Cubes are great. A step up from the old Extremes in terms of weight and warmth. *IF* they fit you well. A lack of comfort walking round the shop will not be improved by a 14 hour day on the Ben.
