Hi, I was climbing at the wall today and perhaps didn't warm up properly, I jumped on a project that involves putting a lot of weight through a dish-like hold that's a sort of open crimp (the fingers are extended). Anyway a felt a sharp twinge in the center of my hand and I now get a pain there every time I try to make a fist, my fingers close about 50% of the way before it starts to become painful. I'm used to dealing with pulley injuries but never had this before, all of the info online is finger or wrist injury specific. Can anyone help diagnose and share rehab treatments?
Thanks
