MIA or rock climbing instructor

Done my bit having been a hardworking SPA for the last few years I feel its time to move up but hich is best UIAA rock climbing instructor or MIA
any ideas im looking for useful opinions

mate u best of going for your mia
but u will have to complete summer ml course and winter ml before hand and bering in mind the structure of it all your looking at , at least 2 years more experiance just as a minimmum to pass then obviously after that mia training then u have to wait another 12 mths b4 u can get assessed

although plasy runs a 6 mth program which will bring u up to guide level but its pricy
agin it all depends if u want to study and work at it as a life style
or as many just a bit of paper to prove they done it and really havnt a clue
i just completed my mic and has taken 6 years so far . long i know but very rewarding and i will keep learning as its my living
anyhow wanna know ne more drop me aline

and for the next question apperently yu ca teach leading with the rock climbing instuctors award either single or multi
