Breaking Through Rock Barriers with Andy Cave, South of France

Climbers keen to improve their performance and get fit for the season flock to the South of France in early Spring. Here warm sun and unpolished, well-bolted limestone act as the perfect antidote to a winter spent in the gym or climbing wall.
Andy will be coaching each day to climbers leading grades from Severe to 6a English (4-6c French) who wish to improve their skills. Excellent for those wanting to build confidence leading outdoors. We will be based near Seyne, Thaurac and Claret giving us access to some of the region's best climbing spots.
Chris Swain a leading yoga teacher and osteopath, will be teaching a complementary yoga session each day to stretch the body, show you how to avoid injuries and demonstrate how yoga can be a tool to relax the mind and help to enhance visualisation skills.
