Anyone got details of a rock shoe repair service that will just do a small repair, not a resole. Boots don't need re-soling, just a small toe patch. I can buy a new pair for what they charge for a re-sole!
I lost the rubber on my right toe today, (always the same part of the right shoe; anyone want to take some slightly worn left shoes off my hands?) so could do with the same treatment, any ideas anyone?
AFAIK you cannot do a toe patch without a resole, as the patch will catch on the rock & very quickly peel off. Contact http://www.cheshireshoe.co.uk/ They offer an excellent service; IMO much better than shoecare or feetfirst.
