Anybody out there know of good sources of Bencina Blanca in La Paz and Cuzco?

I spent 5 hours trailing round La Paz without success the other day and ended up having to buy Kerosene so I have to spend all tomorrow cleaning out the MSRs!

I can foresee a similar problem in Cuzco too.

Thanks

John Biggar's book mentions the ferreteria at the bottom of Calle Santa Cruz (and maybe the agencies on Sagarnaga).

Failing that, use petrol?

Tried him - no luck. It was him who suggested using Kerosene. Petrol burns "dirty" too desnt it?

Tried the agencies with no luck, will wander down Santa cruz and check out this ferreteria though. Any name?

It does, but I'd use it in preference to kerosene. Good luck.

None in the book, though if you find it can you post the name here, I'll be there in July.
