I got myself a large HMS krab recently with a twist lock, which I use, for belaying. However somebody told me that they have been proved to be unsafe, as the twist lock can slip on the harness loop and come undone. I thought if you were belaying properly this shouldn't happen, but does anyone else have views on the subject?
