The Portable Power Grips are designed to be super-compact and versatile.

The offset cord allows the grips to rotate when hanging from them, creating 5 different hold combinations.

The wooden blocks can hang over a pull-up bar (ideal when space is at a premium) and can be combined with Rock Rings for a full-on work out.
