Black Diamond Equipment, the parent company to Black Diamond and Gregory Mountain Products ( a highly regarded pack brand) is looking for an energetic Brand Manager (Marketing & Sales) for its Gregory business in Europe. We are looking for a new team leader based at our European Headquarter near Basel, Switzerland. The cooperative style of our 32-person team is open, active and mutually supportive.

Position summary
Lead, define, manage, coordinate and integrate all Brand and Sales activities for Gregory Mountain Products in Europe through globally agreed and defined strategic goals and objectives. You are responsible and authorized to manage virtually all aspects related to establishing a presence for Gregory Mountain Products in Europe.

Profile
The successful candidate has a strong professional background in Sales and Marketing with a strong affinity for Packs. You are not only a very active outdoor enthusiast (ideally mountaineer and skier), but also understand the market in ways shaped by your work experience which you gained in the outdoor industry, ideally working in a leading position for a European pack brand. As a customer and Sales oriented communicator you are looking for a highly interesting and entrepreneurial position. You have a good command of English, German and French. You are looking for a professional challenge, but also for a way to integrate your professional and personal interests. A sense of humor is an asset.
