High Sports Senior Climbing Wall Instructor
High Sports are looking to recruit a senior instructor for their climbing wall based at the Elmbridge Xcel Centre in Walton-on-Thames.
This is a full time position which will require the successful candidate to work a range of shifts including weekends and evenings.
You will have responsibility for delivering high quality climbing sessions to children and adults along with a training and mentoring role for our more junior instructors. Additional responsibilities include route setting, equipment maintenance, outdoor instruction and customer facing point of sale work.
You should have extensive climbing and instructing experience and hold, at minimum, an SPA or CWA assessment.
High Sports currently manage 15 climbing walls, predominantly across London and the south east, and can provide excellent career progression into management or to more senior instructing positions.
This role offers a competitive salary and benefit package commensurate with experience.
