Well known in the climbing world for his illustrations for British guidebooks of mountain crags and outcrops, Phil now presents a new collection of detailed pen and ink drawings and a new collection of paintings at two exhibitions this spring.

The first exhibition has already started at Oriel Ynys Mon, which is one of North Wales biggest galleries currently celebrating 20 years with major exhibitions by Sir Kyffin Williams and Charles Tunnicliffe, along with work by Iwan Gwyn Parry. Phil's work will be exhibited in The Long Gallery which is used to show the work of established as well as local artists.
The second exhibition which is running, concurrently with the Anglesey exhibition is a joint show with 2 other well known Peak District artists. His work on exhibition here is from the well known climbing crags of the peak.

26 Feb - 16 April Joint Exhibition of Paintings and Drawings Landscape Images of the Peak. The Nicolson Institute Gallery, Leek. Staffordshire Moorlands. ST13 6HQ
