This is a full time position which will require the successful candidate to work a range of shifts including some evenings and weekends.
You will have responsibility for managing a team of instructors and supervisors, delivering high quality instructed sessions and overseeing the safe operation of the climbing wall.
Candidates should ideally hold an SPA or CWA award.
This is also a customer facing role and you should have some customer service experience and be able to demonstrate sound numeracy and literacy skills.
Marketing and/or sales experience would be considered highly beneficial.
