Diary Co-ordinator
£10.10 per hour
20 hours per week


We are looking for a Diary Co-ordinator to join the team at Westway Sports Centre. As Diary Co-ordinator, you will be key in ensuring the efficient resourcing of the climbing programmes and sessions. You will be responsible for organising the Climbing Instructor rota ensuring customer's needs are met and staff are used efficiently.

Successful candidates will have excellent organisational and time management skills along with the ability to deliver a well planned and effective rota while staying calm and focussed during busy or demanding work situations.
