The sport section includes seven crags that haven't appeared in our previous books plus many new routes and sectors at the existing crags, and the DWS section combines the work from the Rockfax book Deep Water, and the Rockfax PDF MiniGuide Mallorca Deep Water Soloing.

The style is in the new glorious full-colour format and features many new crag and action photos. The sport climbing is being written by Alan James and Mark Glaister, and the deep water soloing section is being written by Daimon Beail.

What's New Since the Last (2006) Edition

There are seven new crags in the sport climbing section including the superb Es Verger and a number of other great smaller venues. There is also a full new crag's worth of climbing at Puig de Garrafa with quality routes across the grade range. Other crags have new lines and the odd new buttress added and there are also many fewer question mark routes at the harder crags. Most of the crags shots have been re-taken and the topos redrawn usually significantly bigger than in the previous guide.

The guide also contains a full Deep Water Soloing guide which has been updated and now combines the coverage given to Mallorca in the Rockfax Book Deep Water, and the 2008 MiniGuide Mallorca Deep Water Soloing.
