High Sports are looking to recruit a senior instructor for their climbing wall based at the Alton Sports Centre in Hampshire.
This is a Part-time position for 25 hours per week which will require the successful candidate to work a range of shifts including weekends and evenings.
You will have responsibility for delivering high quality climbing sessions to children and adults along with a training and mentoring role for our more junior instructors. Additional responsibilities include the day to day running of the centre along-side the senior supervisor, route setting, equipment maintenance, outdoor instruction and customer facing point of sale work.
You should have extensive climbing and instructing experience and an SPA or CWA assessment is preferred.
High Sports currently manage 16 climbing walls, predominantly across London and the south east, and can provide excellent career progression into management or to more senior instructing positions.
This role offers a competitive salary and benefit package commensurate with experience.
