 The Vertical Chill Ice Wall is an 8 metre ice climbing wall located within the Ellis Brigham store in a central part of Manchester city centre.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Ice Climbing team in a supervisory role. The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of this important feature within our store. It requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a small team, and a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Attention to detail is key to this role, both when working within the ice wall and whilst helping customers in the store. You will demonstrate a positive 'can do' customer focussed attitude to ensure every customer/client has a positive experience.
NB: Knowledge of instruction techniques or a specific climbing/ice climbing instructional qualifications are not essential as full training will be given.
