A new bolt fund has been set up to support the bolting effort in El Chorro in Spain. The fund is the initiative of ex-pat Tom Ireson who is based at The Olive Branch and an active climber and new-router.
Rockfax is delighted to be able to get behind this bolt fund with both publicity and financial donations. We have kick started it with a donation already and added it to the www.UKBoltFund.org web site. It also now fits in with our point-of-sale donation system plus the built-in donations that we now make to all relevant bolt funds for online sales.
How Can You Help?
There is a web site - www.elchorroboltfund.com - which Tom is updating with news of new developments and how the fund is being used. There is also a PayPal donate link on the site. If you want to support the bolting effort then the web site is the best method to make donations and keep in touch with what is happening. The web site is being hosted by UKClimbing Limited on our web space.
