Rockcity Climbing Centre in Hull is looking for a new Centre Manager to work alongside and eventually take over from the outgoing Centre Manager who is retiring from post. Rockcity has evolved over the last 22 years and is now a substantial sized facility that offers both an indoor rock climbing centre with extended bouldering facilities and also an indoor skatepark. These are supported by a retail store and coffee shop which are both currently being expanded to accommodate the increased number of visitors.

The Centre Manager will head up the existing team of Duty Managers to deliver the day-to-day running of the centre. The Duty Manager team already represent both sides of the centre with two dedicated to climbing facilities and one dedicated to the skatepark facilities.

The Centre Manager will work closely with the Managing Director in the future development of the facilities and in growing participation within the local community.

Suitable applicants will have prior experience in one, some or all of the following:

• Operations Management
• Business Development
• Marketing
• Building Maintenance

Post is offered as a Permanent Full Time with a Salary starting at £25,000 plus bonuses.
