Centre Manager position at The Castle, Recruitment Premier Post, 2 weeks @ GBP 75pw The Castle, Europe’s leading climbing centre, is looking for an energetic, creative & self-motivated person to join the team as Centre Manager

As Centre Manager you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that H&S and customer service standards are met through your line management of the Duty Manager team and support of other front-line functions.

If you are:
- experienced in the Climbing Wall industry with a proven record of managing large teams;
- experienced in Health and Safety management, knowledgeable about best practice in climbing and are able to work to stringent H&S standards;
- friendly and cheerful with exemplary customer service skills in abundance;
- experienced in motivating staff, resolving conflicts, handling challenging situations and keeping a cool head throughout;
- proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude;
- able to manage a varied and busy workload, while keeping an eye on the big picture;
- excited and driven by the opportunity to work in the buzzing, thriving atmosphere of the Castle;
- want to develop what the Castle has to offer and enjoy working with people in a busy customer focussed environment…
