Paul Craven says,
"I've worn the Flash Lace on several occasions, both indoors and outdoors and on both grit and limestone, I really like the feel of the shoe, especially being able to fine tune the fit by adjusting the lacing. The edging performance is great and with a low toe profile which is good for small pockets. The synthetic lined upper not only gives great comfort, (I've worn them for long periods), but also means minimal stretch so a good fit throughout the life of the shoe"
Stewart Watson says,
“This shoe is peculiar: you see climbers throughout the spectrum wearing them. The shoe has a fantastic edge, which is why I think that many top-level climbers use them. However, the shoe is also incredibly comfortable, which is why climbers of all abilities use them. I personally have climbed many routes with this shoe including an Fr8c. I have also competed in many climbing competitions with this shoe."
