Why is it called Banana Gully then ? ;o)
Where is the viewpoint Dave.....I dont recognise it?

I couldn't think of a title for the photo! So it's not entirely serious, but is entirely accurate as Banana Gully is the curving gully, clearly seen on Y Garn just to the right of Tryfan. It's taken from the bottom of Moel Arthur, the pass has no name on the map, but is below the hill of that name. It was stunningly clear considering it's probably nearly 30 miles as the crow flies!
