Hi Oli. The Green Traverse only uses heel hooks at the sit down start if you do the full version and as an option for the last drop down move at the very end. The problem centres on going to the two edges just left of where you are before making a big move up to a flake. Some people (often old enough to know better) use edges just below the top to reach the flake. This isn't the Green Traverse - it is something else. Or cheating. I will take Tom to task for not instructing you properly in "the old ways". Simon

Looking at it again you seem to be on the edges/rail and as its going to be a loong way to the flake for you maybe special dispensation for that heel hook is in order ;-)
