Colour slide taken with a Rollei 35SE
A new scan of a previously shown image.
Pyreneenemec - 23/Nov/12
I've tried playing around with it, but in the end, a scanned slide, remains a scanned slide !

I'd be interested to know why, for instance, you thought it worth 5 ( first vote and not my own) or whatever score you gave it.
Pyreneenemec - 23/Nov/12
As I said before I think it's a great photo. Unlike someone who said that they had to search for the group of people on the ridge, I find that my eye finds them immediately. The sunlit runnels just below them are fantastic. You could clean up the hair and bits of dust in about 5 seconds...

I really like this photograph as there is so much to see in it, the gran cappuchan, brevna face, fronteer ridge and so much more, as jon said quite easy to clean it but,m I like it as it is.....

Mr Mills. I also like the photo as it is ! It's been a 5 for quite a while, but someone has taken a dislike to it and it has become a 4. You simply cannot compare a scanned slide to something produced with the latest DSLR and Photoshopped ! Photography, historically was capturing a unique moment in time not capturing hundreds of moments in time, fiddling with them and then choosing the "best" .

That hair is a shame though. It's not like it's just a historical record and therefore it doesn't really matter - it's a great photo too.
jon - 20/Dec/12
Well, perhaps I'll have a go at removing that hair !
Pyreneenemec - 28/Dec/12
stonking, hair and all!
