Sorry Stuart, I'm not one to normally join in such debates, but even I have to agree with previous comments about this not being in condition.
A tiny bit of unconsolidated snow on ledges, no rime, no hoar, no ice, bare rock - looks pretty out to me.
Although I do acknowledge that photo's can be deceptive.

Seem to recall that crack is quite steep, other photos may give more balance.

A picture looking down the route would confirm whether or not it is in nick or not. Certainly by this picture, I old say it isn't in nick...I have been climbing 14 years and only done E1 so what do I know......

Hard to judge from the photo. But the Stuarts comments suggest he's a little conflicted over whether it was in or not.
