My good friend Ray on the summit of Aneto. Ray passed away just over a week ago after a long battle against cancer, he was 78. Ray's courage and appetite for life , even in the most difficult moments was an inspiration to all who knew him.
The thing I remember most about this ocassion was the young Spanish lad, on the left commenting that Ray had a 'little boy inside him, trying to get out'. You see, Ray was so happy to be there that he was skipping around just like a little child !
