According to the topo on big rocks.com the route is called 'give me light' and is down as an e1 5c i'm just going to what the topo says but yeah its more like v1 maybe v2

Due to a resent guide of the area all of the (Boulder)problems published were given Route grades !?!? Everyone else seems to have followed suit ! Scary, boulders who can only grade in english tech....

these boulders are extreme in their own way due to pebbles and sandy holds falling slipping scratching and thrutching are words which apply

The trad grading system was adapted to this "sandstone" in the forest of dean where a trad grade is given with a tech grade assuming that a solo ascent is made. This is because there is no gear on (most) routes so they must be soloed. The E grade is given relating to the height of the technical crux and the landing etc. It is all explained in the guidebook. hope this helps
