It has to be b/w for emotional shots. Struggling with injury my mate (who can remain nameless) collapses in pain after failed attempt number 20+ on Larry Baird Arete V5. He was actually nearly sick after this shot was taken.

Yeah one of the very nice locals was a nurse and gave us some ultra strong ibuprofen she had in her bag. An hour later the battle was over. Now that's beta for you!
