I would hazard a guess at >1 sec exposure, small aperture and use of tripod.

It was about a second maybe 1/4s with the smallest possible aperture (F32). Shot in Raw so I could overexpose to a degree and drop it back through manipulation. Shot with a tripod. No wet feet though, lovely granite slab where the shot was taken though a bit slippery!
