A bit drab, but the presence of such tiny holds means good footwork is essential, which is excellent training for outdoor (real) rockclimbing. This is something lacking from the larger, more popular climbing walls like at Marple or Manchester. Check out http://www.maccrockclimbing.cool.ac for a helpful guide

This is a very basic wall mostly consisting of holds on bare bricks and the odd chipped concrete slab. Fine for general practice and for working up skills, but doesn't present much of a challenge.
Despite what it says on the page on ukclimbing, this wall is not particularly high at around 2 or 3m, but still requires care.
Rarely busy and very cheap meaning that you often have the wall to yourself, which is nice.
