Received poor service from their internet site. Acknowledged my order but failed to process it. When I followed up 5 days later they said item was not in stock. Went immdediately back to their web site where item was still listed and shown to be in stock but they had upped the price by £10. I know what they have done and why they did it but sometimes its better to take the hit on cost than disappoint a customer.

Really good friendly store, everything from indoor climbing shoes to ice axes. Brilliant friendly staff, ideal when you're not quite sure what you're looking for!
