A controversial volume in more ways than one! The most developed limestone valley in the Peak had to be split into two volumes to avoid another mammoth 'Lancashire'. The 'swansong'? of Milburn/Hoey with lots of history in both text and photographs in one volume and a rigorously researched Climbs volume. Slips of paper were added to cover some contentious historical points.
