Excellent guide to scrambling along the bottom of the island's cliffs. Indispensible for scramblers, and very useful for climbers as it shows descents that aren't listed in the climbing guidebook. Accurate maps, grades & tidal information are included along with much historical, geological and natural details to add to the enjoyment.
