Bridge the wide chimney until you can swing onto the right arete. Continue to the ledge then climb the centre of the steep wall behind with long reaches between rounded breaks. © Rockfax

Move off the ledge was quite punchy, followed by some reachy moves.
Dear goodness this was tough....massively impressed with your lead Nick!

The midges gave me the inspiration to make the 5b move and finish this climb.

What a fantastic climb. I though I was going to really struggle as it is quite reachy but just one move gave me pause for thought, the rest was just lovely slab climbing. Loved it.
Not sure I did the correct start (bridged too far back?). Real nice moves on the slab above though.

oops climbed the back & stepped right, rather than bridging the front

Sweet couple of moves in the top half, 2* if it wasn't for the ledge.

Very nice, the bridging looks unlikely from the floor but isn't too bad and definitely not as wide as wuthering. Rest of the route is typical stanage break to break climbing. Fun
Very good route, just a shame about the big ledge
Ollie took the adjacent Severe line. I took the HVS line.
Backed off due to sore finger tendon on crux at the the top.
Escaped into next route for one move.
Top section seemed v. blank and had flared breaks with poor cam placements, therefore wimped out and finished easily on right.
