Rockfax Description
A highly technical route up the arete. Use ancient bullet-marks to reach the first jugs then make some balancy moves to the top. The crux is the start but the top is scary and a mat is of limited use. Very-highball f7A. A direct start is f7A+. © Rockfax

Done on the same day as Nosferatu and Pebble Mill, this was by far the hardest (and probably scariest too)!

I used to ride out on my bike to burbage south every other day and brick myself on pebble mill, above and beyond and the knock. I jumped and fell off these routes until I did 'em. No mats or spotters, I bruised my heel so bad that I could'nt climb for a month. I remember shouting so much after I did it, I scared some walkers.
