[Keith Myhill on the first ascent of Xanadu, Millstone Edge, 1969, 2 kb]42m, 2 pitches. A fine but devious climb that sees little attention. 1) 4c, 20m. From part way up Crewcut follow the ledge out right to reach the large corner and climb to the ledge above. 2) 5b, 22m. The main angle gives an excellent pitch when clean, possible stance just below the top. Finish by a wild hand traverse out to the right arete. © ROCKFAX
