Jamie's first lead on grit in ages. Made easier work of it than I did on second. The step right at halfway felt more nervy than it should have - even though you could pretty much hop off the route at that point.

Dad led this one, Neil followed, then Matt led it (his first lead with his new rack) and I seconded it, easy enough really, maybe slightly more VDiff for its steepness but would be an easy one. Went up the gully at the end to get Matts gear out, but then downclimbed and did the direct route, easy enough but intimidating I'm sure for a Diff leader as gear is at feet and its a 3c move. Worth a wander, possibly a better solo though.
