Ian made the lead as far as the crux but was too pumped to finish. After swapping I lead, clipping the previous gear but faltered at the crux. Made the long power reach to delicate sloper on the second attempt to finish the climb - tough HVS!

i practiced the crux on top rope but found it easy after i watched my partners fault the reach off the flake has a hidden crimp up right rather than the sloper then get established and go again,abit commiting but not too bad. i did like the route though
