|50m, 2 pitches. This is the first route you encounter in the Gorge. It gives good thin slab climbing. It's normal to lower off at 25m.
NOTE: In 2007 the Emosson sluices gates were tested, releasing a huge amount of water into the valley. This washed thousands of cubic metres of rock into the gorge effectively half filling it. This route and its neighbour escaped almost untouched - they lost a few metres. All the other routes were affected to some extent... |
