We soloed up to the amphitheatre on Central Gully due to the build up of neve and ice. The V corner was very lean with little banked up snow. More like grade IV in those conditions.

In soft snow conditions, no ice, mushy turf, it probably felt like a grade V. Someone said it looked 'delicate'- my brown adrenaline seemed to agree.
