Ragged Arete*** S 4a
10m.

Rockfax Description
A great little route. The best access is to abseil from the tree mentioned in the approach. Start on the right of the arete and climb a flake on the left moving back right towards the top - jugtastic. © ROCKFAX

pleasant enough with big positive holds. It climbs better than it looks though it would be better if it was a bit longer. Surprised to see chalk on it so clearly not the only people who have done this recently

Adventurous... I think we may have been the second ascentionists! I don't really know why the route is given top 50 in the rockfax guide. I liked the bit when ben nearly guillotined his balls the best.

Some debate about the route..... Charles led up the wall and did a fairly strenuous Rwards traverse which I couldn't second! I went back to the arete proper and climbed the LHS which seemed right for the grade
