Rockfax Description
A classic Yorkshire E5 with excellent but unnerving climbing. Ascend the grassy ramp and move up to good holds. Stand on the good holds and climb to the main break via a flake - peg. There is a bush at the break with a peg and old bolt above and to the left. Gain a shallow groove on the left which leads to a ledge. Climb over the bulge and then pull round the roof to finish up a groove - peg. Lower-off. © Rockfax

Definitely not the easy ride I was expecting. There's some bold/insecure moves (at least that's how they felt with the dusty/dirty rock) in between some quite fiddly gear. Maybe it'd feel different when clean + chalked, but certainly no path in its current state!

Had to get my gear out after lowering down + cleaning Priapism (which I never got round to actually doing, doh...)

Good. Soft. f6cish with a few run outs between good gear. Not dissimilar to right wall

On andys pre-placed gear, plus more of my own. Dissapointingly after crossing the bulge i clipped some of andys gear (which i wouldnt have reached to place) in a moment of worry. Should do again though, amazing route, safe run-outs and no really hard moves.

I had tried this a couple of times earlier in the summer but bottled it below the crux. No problems this time though. Very satisfying.
