βeta: Hard crux in the bottom. I had to just dyno for the jug. Amazingly I managed to get it twice. The day before I got a massive fleshwound flapper on this move. The crux on top is very powerfull and oh so pumpy. Don't think I found the best beta. A no hands rest before to pumpy final. Bring a knee pad. | ||
