710m, 18 pitches. Past the Dalmazzi hut, a line of bolts starting after a section of scrambling above a neve at some white tat.

My first attempt at an alpine climb! Expected it to be well within my grade but longer than expected scree approach, and run out (brought cams as recommended by guidebook but nuts would have been super helpful) meant I backed off of any leads. Had to bail after 7 pitches to get down before dark. Dalmazzi hut seems to close from October onwards and no way in or functioning outdoor water tap off season

Climbed as rope of 2 with Nick DW, led most pitches. We arrived at summit at about 6pm - EPIC O'Clock! Then abseiled through the night as a group of 4. Happy days.

A great route which deserves stars. Really enjoyed the climb up, decent via 17 pitch abseil with a number of issues- didn't expect to see the sun rise! An epic, but great (and safe), and a story.
